Methods and Details of Online Auditing Classes

An online auditing course may be handled fully online, using email, forums and instant messengers for communication, posting assignments on message boards and using education software for testing and exercise purposes, or it may be a hybrid, including some online work and some in-person contact such as lectures or tests. The nature of the program often varies between institutions that offer only online classes and have no physical campus, in which case classes will always be online, and educational institutions that are more traditional, which may offer hybrid classes or require tests to be taken in a college testing center to prevent cheating.
Online auditing classes may follow a fairly traditional schedule, in which students are required to turn in assignments at particular dates throughout the semester, or it may allow students to work more at their own pace by giving them a date at the end of the semester by which all work must be submitted.
