Teacher's aides provide instructive and administrative support in classroom settings. Requirements to work as a teacher's aide vary by school district or state; generally, teacher's aides hold a minimum of a high school diploma, and employers increasingly prefer some postsecondary schooling. Training courses are available fully online or in hybrid format as part of career diploma, certificate or associate degree programs.
